PACA - Parish Action Committee on AIDS
Because of the high infant mortality rate, the HIV/AIDS infection rate and the level of poverty, the African Children's Foundation is committed to assisting certain rural areas of Nigeria in providing the needed resources to combat these problems.
ACF and the Catholic Archdiocese, Holy Trinity Parish Abuja, Nigeria in a move against HIV/AIDS formed a partnership in 2005 marking the emergence of Parish Action Committee on AIDS (P.A.C.A.).
